Counting on the experience gained by the company Alfonso Esposito over eighty years of work and acquired by the new generations, Imepa Srl is continuing to use the drying procedure, though through more sophisticated methods due to the technological progress of the plants and machinery used; by the means of this transformation technique the foodstuff products are only subjected to dehydration. This allows us to obtain natural food as it is subjected to almost no invasive treatments, thus without conserving additives. All this is possible thanks to special highly professional ovens, which also and above all guarantee hygiene during the working process. Furthermore the drying of garden vegetables through these machines allows us to present the final consumer an authentic taste, as it takes place in real time without adding salt or anything else that may enhance the transformation time.
